Saturday mornings 9.15-10.15am Slow Flow Yoga & 10.30-11.30am Gentle Yoga

Relaxed and friendly yoga classes to work within your own natural range of movements.

Slow Flow Yoga 9.15-10.15am

Small classes suitable for those in generally good health & returners to yoga. Stretch out and release with with slow flow and static poses. We move from standing to floor poses during this class, building on strength and improving flexibility. We end with a 5/10 min guided relaxation.

Gentle Yoga saturday 10.30-11.30am

Suitable for any age that needs/wants a slower, gentler class to get into poses. We will focus on warming up joints and keeping them supple along with gently maintaining or building strength and we will have time for a 15/20 min guided relaxation at the end. This class will also be suitable for complete beginners to build up confidence to move onto other classes. Although I have some props please bring a blanket and cushion for extra comfort. Cafe chairs are available to use if sitting/kneeling on the floor doesn’t suit you and I will demonstrate the options.

The venue is on Palace road, near Tulse Hill, Brixton Hill and Streatham Hill, SW London. Lovely cafe for a post yoga drink too.
